What is the "Clean Vessel Act"?
The Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Grant Program provides grant funds for the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of pumpout stations and waste reception facilities for recreational boaters. It also includes funding for educational programs that inform boaters of the importance of proper disposal of their sewage.
Grant funds are competitively disbursed within the United States, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Approved grants fund up to 75% of the project costs. The service waives the first $200,000 in matching requirements for the insular areas of American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Vacuum Pumpout Equipment
- The best for high demand dockside installations (central vacuum with multiple hydrants and constant vacuum)
